There is a misconception that leadership is all about guiding other people. In fact this is so much so that those who are not in "leadership positions" tend to do little about being circumspect.
Granted, when I take up responsibility to lead a team, I am compelled to rise up to it. How great would it be though, when I rise up and be circumspect even when not leading others? This is where self leadership begins. Listen to this.
