Self leadership is what we need more. However, the way we are clamoring to be led, one might think that the leaders we elect will come to our homes and help us with home improvement.
Whereas great leaders are a blessing for a nation, without self leadership, the great national leaders wouldn't perform a miracle for individuals. The other component of self leadership is exemplified in our relationships. Let's discuss it here.
