At times, unbeknown to us, we are living with geniuses. However, we are so hell-bent on making them fit in instead of letting them flourish and stand out.
We want them to toe the line, to conform, to be normal. To do what everyone else does on a daily basis. And so we misunderstand their passion, commitment, and drive. We get scared of their crazy ideas.
