328. This is Why A Personal Brand Is Not About Colors and Logos


A personal brand is both about the front end as well as the back end. The front end is critical because it is what forms the perceptions.

However, that front end is just about 5% of the personal brand, using the analogy of the proverbial iceberg. In other words, if your focus is only on the front end of your brand, you are doing it wrongly.
