I believe that your purpose, when you get to serve it, is not fate. It is destiny. That's why it is possible to live a life outside of it for decades and even be happy. However, you won't be fulfilled.
If purpose pursuit was fate, something that is inevitable, something that's forced on you, then everyone would suffer it. Here's why I believe otherwise.
