"There's no hurry in Africa" is something that we have heard for quite a while now. If you visited Kampala from a smaller town in Uganda, you will feel like "life is so fast, people are in a hurry". When you go to Nairobi you get shocked.
That's before you visit Lagos or Washington D.C. I can tell you this: urgency in life doesn't necessarily denote activity all through. You can be at rest but also urgent. Listen to this.
