I saw an unfortunate infographic this morning deriving more than ten similarities between Prison and Formal school. It's somehow true and quiet unfortunate.
What captured my attention was loss in individual autonomy and no personal input in decision making. In raising purpose driven children, these two components have to be available. Listen to this.
