One can easily say that purpose and vision is not esoteric and far from our reach. If you engaged anyone just for a few minutes, you will realize quite a bit about them.
You will know what they are passionate about, what their values are, what their desires are, and what they wish would be done positively to impact their world and the world.
In other words, our personal visions are not so far away from us. We have them. However, there is one thing that we do with our vision over and over again world wide. We drop the ball and box the vision out. Listen to this.
