Like a broken record, let me say this: Coming up with a vision is the easiest part. In fact, that can be done in a sitting of 15 minutes, I kid you not! If you do not have a personal vision, you are only 15 minutes away from crafting one.
Make a decision and do it. What is the difficult part is what follows after you have crafted the vision. To bring it to fruition is the most critical part and perhaps the difficult part. That is one major reason why people would rather not have a personal vision. Listen to this.
