As much as we are trying all we can to change the education systems of the world, there will always be something glaringly missing and off if we will not have parents become the Life Coaches of their children.
The world has changed so much that the education system as promised and as crafted has not kept up with it. For starters, not everyone will excel from the academic world. Let's just agree with that. Does that mean that such people are useless in the world? No.
Big-time companies, at least in the US are no longer needing people to have university degrees to be employed. Things have changed.
