There is no doubt that one of the greatest reasons for the existence of mankind is productivity. However, whenever we are exerting ourselves and being productive, we are also wearing and tearing off.

That is why we have to have a high priority of what we can do to revitalize our bodies, our minds and our spirit. We cannot wait until the end of the year or when we have our annual leave.
