251. Learning the Power Habit of Rest for Increased Productivity


There are in trays and out trays. Unfortunately, at times we find that our in-trays are overwhelmed and slow-moving. That is why we decide to burn the midnight lamp.

We decide to burn the candle on both ends. In the end, we end up messing up the very instrument that can give us productivity--the body.
