Potential is such a powerful and vast topic. I have reason to believe that there is not a single human that doesn't have potential.
Because we are creatures of purpose, it easily follows that the root of purpose is obviously potential. I have dared that if you could find a single human anywhere that didn't have potential, then I am ready to become an Atheist.
