When talking about purpose apathy or just apathy in general, we need to know how we get to that place. You do not wake up just one morning and you have apathy all over you. There is normally a process to it.
For some reason, disappointments have a lot to play in brining about apathy. We are always going out of our way expecting to win at all times, so much so that we pretend that failure is not in our vocabulary.
